They have a lot of non-alcoholic beverage options too including a homemade Kumbucha. A 4 hour plus intimate culinary journey with Brian and Glenn which has the atmospheric feel of going to a friend's (fancy) place for a dinner party (there are only 12 seats) except that the standard of cooking is Michelin standard. You will really appreciate how much effort goes into producing the tasting menu, but done in such a relaxing and convivial manner, with the two hosts complementing each other so well. It's no surprise that they both have known each other for more than 10 years during which they worked together at Number One restaurant at the Balmoral. It's great value for the experience you get, do yourself a favour and visit this must-do venue in Edinburgh! ”
